All of our rates and prices are based on 1 night stay with bed & breakfast treatment. Tariffs are applied without seasonal differencies For long term stays we can arrange different prices and discounts.

N.B. All bookings require a 50% deposit. These are non-refundable within 7 days of the booking unless the room is re-let. This we will endeavour to do. Regret NO REFUNDS can be made if guests wish to change their plans, for whatever reason, and leave before booked departure date.

Just few rules...

ARRIVALS - Guests are requested to arrive between 6.00 - 21.00pm unless an alternative time has been pre-arranged.

DEPARTURES - Guests are expected to vacate their rooms by 11.00am.

Facilities

Air conditioning, refrigerator, wahing machine, common and private TV, telephone, fax, free WiFi- wireless internet access throughout the house, library and information on tourist itineraries, history of Pinerolo and events in the area.

Car and bike parking, garden, solarium, barbecue, MTB available for rent. Baby-sitting service and shuttle service on demand.
